“Atelier M” is an architecture shop that goes beyond the foundation, this workshop is dedicated to architecture, to the sale and selection of materials, interior design, and sale of quality furniture. An all in one that focuses on contemporary style, in good taste and design of spaces.

The client, Monica Medina, requested a brand that reflected their personal style, a contemporary brand, elegant and complex, that was able to represent a one-stop service which is summarized in three main pillars: architecture, interior design and sale of materials.

The naming came from the nature of the business. Atelier means workshop in Italian and the letter M is the firm’s initial architect, Monica Medina. With the letters AM and with a contemporary and elegant typography, such as Metro, the iconographic monogram logo was designed.

A communication iconography was designed that turned into representative patterns of each of the three main services of the workshop. The flower design representative of the area, as the more female part of the household. The arrows demonstrating the structural feature of contemporary architecture, and diamonds-inspired rounded tiles reflecting the repetitive quality of construction materials.

Active compositions were made with these patterns, which are shown in each of the pieces of the stationary, creating a combination of the three services represented by their respective patterns.

These patterns were also designed to be used separately to identify the three different services, these are displayed on labels applied to catalogs, architectural drawings, boxes, and furnishing materials.
